PROCESS

Working with Steve French of Applied Concepts Unleashed, Inc., the Lewis Boatworks team developed an innovative new solution to cut through waves and currents during offshore adventures. This design was then tested using simulation softwares and patented. The blueprint of the boat was then set to scale and the manufacturing of the molds for the hull began.

We are currently working on the first hull of many and are looking forward to posting an update on the maiden voyage in early 2026!
